Data Processor: the natural or legal person who processes the personal data on behalf of and in the name of the Data Controller.

Suppliers: Natural or legal person that supplies goods and/or services.

Responsible: the natural and/or natural or legal person who decides on the processing of the personal data of the owners and who is the owner of the Personal Data base.

Data Controller: the natural and/or natural person to whom the personal data corresponds.

Transfer: The communication of Personal Data between the Controller and a Third Party within or outside the national territory according to the applicable jurisdiction.

Processing: operations and systematic procedures, electronic or not, that allow the collection, conservation, arrangement, storage, modification, relation, evaluation, blocking, destruction, and in general the processing of personal data, as well as its transmission to third parties through communications, consultations, interconnections or transfers.
